Yael Stone
Stone was born in Sydney and grew up there. She attended her school, the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts (NIDA) and the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone's career in acting began when she was young, and she appeared the role of Me Myself I. in Me Myself I. and The Farm. Her main focus was theatre. She was awarded the title of Best Newcomer in the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and the title of Best Supporting actress in The Kid. Alongside her performance in the theatre, she's been on TV in supporting roles such as All Saints and Spirited. In 2010, she starred in The Diary of a Madman. It earned her a second nomination to the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting actor. The Diary of a Madman was produced by the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York. In March 2011, she returned Sydney to take on the principal parts for A Golem Story (a story about the golem), Summer of the Seventeenth Doll and As You Like It.
